Good to hear from you as well! Cutting back on pasta is not the ticket. Get rid of it completely as well as all over forms of food products that you consume that contain glutein - just for seven days THEN see how you feel. It's not easy, but the results can be great. My husband is a glutein junky - crackers, pasta, bread, etc. He hasn't had any now for two weeks and has noticed a big difference in how he feels. He keeps telling me he truly doesn't miss it. That's not to say once your body is much clearer you can't enjoy it periodically, but probably not to the extent that you are now.
As for the products and not finding distributors - check ebay. I've found both on ebay for less than what the distributors charge - it's a win/win for me anyway!
I'll send along the "guest speaker" form shortly to you privately. Include just one fantastic photo that teases and tempts the readers to pop over to your site.
When you get the next InnerBalance newsletter, look it over - would love to highlight you in an upcoming issue - your textiles are beautiful - will have to get something of yours one of these days after I have moved and settled in.
If you wish, we can communicate privately innerbalance@mac.com -- first thoughts were that you are ingesting something that you are allergic to. Food products. See if that resonates. I've known quite a few that after switching their diets saw remarkable results with their health, weight, focus, etc.
Blessings,
Christine
Did I respond to your query of almost a month ago? If not, please accept my deepest apologies. Imust not have gotten the notice. August was absolutely crazy for me - all in a very good way, but crazy nonetheless.
Let me know if I did respond - doesn't look like I did, and how you are doing now. I've gone to your site - marvelous work - love the patterns, colors that you do. Truly beautiful.
I look forward to hearing more of your work as a textile designer and we can share how what you do also transfers easily into a healing modality on its own.
Namaste,
Christine
